If you’re looking for an unusual and unique place to hold your meetings or conferences, look no further than the Chelwood Gate Conference Centre. Situated within a 51-acre site in the beautiful Ashdown Forest in Sussex, our purpose-built centre offers everything you need for corporate events.

As well as competitive day rates, we can provide flexible facilities to suit your individual requirements – however big or small your event.

We have four meeting rooms to choose from and the two largest rooms – Mallard and Heron – can be combined to accommodate up to 80 delegates theatre-style.

We also have a breakout area available for smaller sessions and discussions.

IT facilities include an interactive whiteboard, lecterns with laptops, WiFi, A/V equipment and projector screens. We can also provide conference phones, flip charts, pens and notepads for those attending.

Refreshments are served at regular intervals throughout the day and with prior notice, we can cater for special diets including vegan, wheat, gluten and dairy free. All food is freshly prepared and cooked on site, using produce from local suppliers wherever possible.

There is free parking on site and disabled access and facilities.
